SHIPPING COST

Shipping cost is determined based upon the number of bottles ordered: 

1 Bottle	$10.00
2 Bottles	$20.00
3+ Bottles	$30.00

 

TERMS OF SHIPPING

Shipping times will vary based upon shipping method requested. All orders will receive carrier tracking information via e-mail  upon shipment. 

Delivery will be arranged to the address specified by you on the completed order form. To ensure you receive your order safely, please give a daytime address where someone can sign for the delivery. An adult signature is required on all deliveries.

We cannot arrange deliveries to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for all deliveries.

You agree that neither us nor the carrier will be liable for non-receipt of the goods. We will arrange for delivery to the address as you have entered it on the order. We cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. Please check the delivery address if you are uncertain.

If you request a delivery to a business, the common carrier shall consider the delivery to be successful, if it is delivered to a reception area and signed for by a representative at that address.

After your order has been submitted, please allow up to four days for processing. This is an estimate though and does not include weekends or holidays.

Please note that orders can only be delivered within the United States.

We shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control. All parcels are delivered by common carrier. Do not accept damaged goods.

We must be notified of damaged goods within 2 days of delivery. Notification should be sent to orders@zuidam.us.

ALL RISK OF LOSS WILL PASS TO YOU WHEN THE GOODS ARE DELIVERED WITHIN THE STATE IN WHICH THE RETAILER IS LICENSED. MOREOVER, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO KNOW THE LAW OF THE STATE IN WHICH YOU LIVE OR TO WHICH YOU WISH THE GOODS SHIPPED AS THEY RELATE TO THE SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY ANY STATE AND LOCAL EXCISE TAXES AND USE TAXES. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY US AND TO HOLD US HARMLESS AGAINST ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) RESULTING FROM ANY CLAIM THAT THE GOODS PURCHASED BY YOU CANNOT BE LEGALLY SENT INTO THE STATE IN WHICH YOU LIVE BY A PERSON WHO OWNS SUCH GOODS AND HAS PURCHASED THEM FOR HIS OR HER PERSONAL CONSUMPTION OR THAT YOU HAVE EXCEEDED THE AMOUNT OF GOODS WHICH MAY BE SHIPPED INTO THE STATE FOR PERSONAL CONSUMPTION OR THAT ANY TAXES OR DUTIES WHICH MAY BE IMPOSED UPON SUCH SHIPMENT OR CONSUMPTION HAVE NOT BEEN PAID.
